Who delivers your products?

  • We deliver products over 2 kg to private customers via DHL Freight, DHL Express, UPS or Kühne & Nagel
  • We deliver products over 2 kg to business customers via DHL Freight, DHL Express, UPS or Kühne & Nagel
  • We deliver products under 2 kg to private and business customers via DHL Express oder UPS
Do you also offer international shipping?
  • Yes, we ship abroad. Please click here for a list of all of the countries that we can deliver packages to.
Can I track my shipment via a tracking code over the Internet?
  • Of course. After your shipment has been dispatched, we will send you an e-mail with a tracking number so that you can determine at any time where your shipment is currently located.
How long are the shipping times once you have shipped my ordered product?
  • 5-10 days (excluding Saturday and Sunday)
Do you offer express shipping?
  • Yes, though only by prior arrangement. If the product is in stock, we can deliver it at an extra cost within 24 hours throughout Europe.
Do you offer a discount for payment by bank transfer?
  • Yes, if you pay by bank transfer you will receive a discount of 3.5%, which will be automatically deducted at checkout during the last step of your order.
I need an air conditioner, accessories or other products that are not listed in your store – can you help me?
  • Yes, we will do everything possible to provide you with a requested product. Please contact us by phone or email.
Why don't you offer purchase on account terms?‚Äč
  • We conduct our business in accordance with the principle of risk control and risk mitigation. Managing back payments as well as receivables incurs additional costs, which can only be compensated by increasing product prices. For this reason, we do not assume this increased risk so that we can offer all of our customers the best possible price.
